2. PAY PER LEAD

   With 13 FIND you only Pay Per Lead. This means you only pay when someone using 13 FIND is given your detailed contact information, or your phone rings as a result of a 13 FIND enquiry.

   Here's how it works: You pay 13 FIND only when your receive the following leads:

   Pay per Click	When someone using 13find.com.au clicks on the "more info" link on your business result display. In other words, it costs you nothing when your result first appears on a web query - you are charged only when someone wants to Find more about you.
   Pay per Email	When someone requests (and receives) an email from 13 FIND with your business contact details (e.g. using the "email results" service on the 13 FIND website)
   Pay per SMS	When someone requests and receives an SMS from 13 FIND with your business contact details (e.g. using the "SMS results" service on the 13 FIND website, or using 13 FIND's SMS enquiry service
   Pay per Call	When your business receives a phone call as a result of a 13 FIND request (e.g. someone is through-connected by the 13 FIND call centre, or someone dials your allocated number after being given your business contact details by 13 FIND).

3. STRONGER CUT-THROUGH IMPACT

   13 FIND only delivers a limited number of results to enquiries, with a maximum of 5 at any one time on the web, 3 at a time on SMS and 2 at a time over the phone. This reduces the clutter and information overload experienced with many business directories or search services. In other words, with 13 FIND your business result becomes a big fish in a small pond.

   Businesses that advertise with 13 FIND are given priority within the results, appearing above businesses that do not advertise with 13 FIND. This increases the chance of someone choosing your business over one that doesn't advertise.
